What does your coffee cart menu include?
Our espresso bar features lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, and cold brew — all made with high-quality beans and our house-made syrups. We offer both hot and iced drinks with the choice of whole, oat, or almond milk.
Popular syrup flavors include Vanilla Bean, Brown Sugar Cinnamon, Salted Caramel, and seasonal favorites like Pecan Maple Bourbon or Pumpkin Spice.
Add-ons like matcha, chai, lemonade, or tea bars are also available. If you’re planning something special, we’ll curate the menu to fit your theme or season perfectly. -
How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better! Once you know your date, we can start planning the experience around your event.
While we love to have 2–4 weeks of notice, we understand last-minute events happen — reach out anyway, and if we can make it work, we will. -
How far do you travel?
Our home base is in Dallas–Fort Worth, but we regularly travel throughout the metroplex — Fort Worth, Arlington, Grapevine, Plano, and beyond.
For events outside the area, we’re always open to traveling if the schedule allows. We’ll include travel considerations in your quote so there are no surprises. -
What kind of space or power do you need?
Our cart setup is flexible and designed to fit into most venues. A space of about 8×8 ft with one or two standard electrical outlets (15-amp each) works perfectly.
If power isn’t available, we can plan an alternate setup that still keeps your drinks flowing. -
How long does setup take?
We typically arrive 45–60 minutes before service to get everything dialed in — grinder calibrated, espresso flowing, syrups prepped, and cups lined up.
Takedown usually takes about 30 minutes, and we’ll always leave the space just as we found it. -
How does pricing work?
Every event is different, so our quotes are customized based on details like:
length of service
guest count
distance traveled
and any add-ons or branding requestsWe keep pricing transparent and straightforward, with no hidden fees. Once we chat through your event, you’ll receive a clear quote outlining everything included.
