This Catering Services Agreement is entered into by and between Sweet Pours Coffee LLC, located at 7601 Boulevard 26, Unit E7, North Richland Hills, Texas 76180, United States, phone 940.441.5726, and the individual or entity accepting this Agreement.

Payment of any amount constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

Sweet Pours Coffee shall provide mobile beverage catering services strictly as described in the Client’s approved quote. Services are limited to those expressly stated.

Sweet Pours Coffee reserves the right to modify menu offerings due to supply shortages, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond its control.

2. Event Information

The Client warrants that all Event information provided is accurate and complete. Any changes must be submitted in writing no less than seven days prior to the Event.

Material changes may result in additional fees or refusal of service.

3. Payment Terms

A non refundable 40% deposit is required to reserve the Event date. The remaining balance is due no later than three days prior to the Event.

Failure to remit payment may result in cancellation or suspension of services. Late payments may incur fees and interest.

4. Venue Conditions

The Client is solely responsible for venue access, permissions, and compliance with venue rules and regulations.

Sweet Pours Coffee requires reasonable setup and breakdown time and is not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions.

Outdoor service is provided at Sweet Pours Coffee’s discretion and may be canceled due to unsafe conditions.

5. Utilities

The Client agrees to provide adequate electrical power and utilities. Sweet Pours Coffee is not responsible for service failure resulting from insufficient utilities.

6. Risk Allocation

The Client assumes all risks associated with the Event, excluding those caused by Sweet Pours Coffee’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sweet Pours Coffee from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the Event, including damage to Company equipment.

8. Cancellation

All deposits are non refundable. Additional payments are refundable only as outlined in the cancellation policy.

Sweet Pours Coffee may retain payments for costs incurred, including labor, preparation, custom materials, and scheduling.

9. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are subject to Sweet Pours Coffee’s approval and availability. Additional fees may apply.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sweet Pours Coffee’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client. Under no circumstances shall Sweet Pours Coffee be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Force Majeure

Sweet Pours Coffee shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control.

12. Governing Law & Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with venue in Tarrant County, Texas.

13. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and may only be modified in writing.

15. Acceptance

Payment of any amount constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
